Unbroken chains
Description for organizers
Did it happen to you that you were dancing a dance in a chain and suddenly your chain was a lot shorter? Sometimes we know it's going to happen and accept it, but other times we wonder how it happened and what did wrong. During this workshop I will explore the dynamics in a chain and which tools different positions in the chain have. The workshop will dive deeper into how a chain moves and how you can use the movement speed to create figures like “the harmonica” and “the helix”. If you want to get more from your chain dances join this workshop and see what’s possible!
